GTMC meets every Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Shree SS Coworking, Shakti Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, near Cambridge School.
Yes! Guests are always welcome to experience a GTMC meeting for free before deciding to become a member. You can observe speeches, participate in Table Topics, and get a feel for how Toastmasters helps individuals grow.
GTMC meetings typically last two hours (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) and include prepared speeches, impromptu speaking (Table Topics), and evaluations.
To become a member, you can attend a meeting as a guest, express your interest to the VP Membership, fill out the membership form, and complete the payment. Once registered, you’ll gain access to Toastmasters Pathways, the structured learning program.
Membership fees cover your Toastmasters International registration, Pathways learning program, and club resources. Fees are paid every six months, and a one-time new member registration fee applies. Contact us for the latest membership fee details.
There is no official trial period, but you can attend a GTMC meeting as a guest for free to see how it works before deciding to join.

- Timer, Ah-Counter, Grammarian, Active Listener (support roles to improve communication skills)
GTMC holds club-level speech contests, where members compete in prepared speeches, evaluations, and impromptu speaking. Winners move on to higher-level contests within Toastmasters International.
Yes, Toastmasters members from other clubs are welcome to visit GTMC meetings and participate.
